Jim Slater
Jim is a Construction Design & Risk Management Professional and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer & Commercial Space Planner.
He has worked in construction since 1986 and is a member of the Project Management Institute and a PMI Risk Management Professional.
Jim has specialised in CDM compliance since 2003.

Mark Welsby.
Mark is a qualified Interior Designer who specialises in the commercial workplace and leisure sectors. He has many years of architectural practice experience and a supplementary qualification in Building Studies.
He has worked in design, refurbishment and fit-out since 1983 and is a Freeman of the City of London for his services to design.
Mark has designed and overseen the fit-out of many millions of square feet of commercial workspace, primarily in London and the South East.
